al fine di determinare  una componente  High Profile  della

propria Struttura organizzativa ha ritenuto integrare tra loro i seguenti Brand:

 

  • Lo Studio Tecnico rappresentato da Arkimedia Project

  • Il Network professionale rappresentato da ARKI+ International, che comprende oltre 300 soggetti, tra architetti, ingegneri, designers e professionisti a varia specializzazione

  • il settore del LUSSO presente attraverso il marchio ArkiLuxury

  • La presenza capillare nel territorio Italiano di Tecnici, Agenti Immobiliari ed Imprese, presenti in Work System e facenti capo rispettivamente a ArkiNetwork, ProgettoGratis ed EdilNetwork

 

L'intero Gruppo, integralmente controllato e presieduto dall'arch. Fabrizio Malnati si avvale di svariati Team di Professionsiti altamente specializzati in ogni ramo dell'intero settore immobiliare.

  • The widespread presence in the Italian territory of Technical, Real Estate Agents and Building Contractors, all present in Work System and respectively into ArkiNetwork, ProgettoGratis and EdilNetwork

    • masterplan ed assetto-inserimento urbanistico

    • progettazione di massima e definitiva

    • permessi edilizi (anche all'estero), e progettazione esecutiva

    • ingegnerizzazione del progetto

    • progettazioni strutturali e collaudi
